I can't login.
Make sure the username and password you're entering match the information you provided upon registration. Your username is your full email address (e.g. "[email protected]" not just "johndoe"). Also, your password is case sensitive so be sure you don't have "CAPS LOCK" on or off by accident.
I forgot my password.
If you've forgotten your password, please enter your email address on the Password Reset page. Enter the email address you used when creating your account and click "Submit", and we'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Once you're inside the members area, click "My Account" and then the "Make Changes" button. On this page you can change your password. Click here to login.
How do I cancel my membership?

How can I view phone records and/or call logs?
Phone records, call logs, GPS location, and "forward search" for cell phones are among the many items of data that we do NOT offer. For more information, please read our Privacy Principles.
