Who uses a reverse cell lookup?  Anyone who is interested in finding out more information about a number owner of course!  This could be a lawyer, doctor, teacher, priest, police officer, parent, spouse and any other telecom consumer who happens to want to know some details about a telephone number.

Why do people want to lookup a cell number?  There are a number of reasons why someone might want to search ten digits. To give you an idea, the following are some typical examples of who may use the lookup and why:

• A mother is concerned that her child has been socializing with someone who is much older and more experienced via the kid's mobile device and worries this could lead to trouble.
